This is the perfect theme to be able to bring along some of your own sentimental teddy bears and add them to the mix making your photoshoot truly unique and extra special.

❋ Style the colour

Choose your own colour for the teddy bears ribbons and bow ties.

There is lots going on with the Teddy Bears Picnic so keep clothing minimal - plain light colours are best. Either to fit in with the colour theme of the bears or with the surrounding woodland. I also have a selection of outfits that i can bring along to the session.

The Session

Arrive and explore the space - you can arrive anything up to 20 minutes early whilst i am still setting up. I have found this allows your baby to explore and get a feel for where they are and me!

The photoshoot is baby led, i will work around them and what they are happy with. We will stop for water breaks and cuddles.

There will photos in the Tipi, then out amongst the trees, parent/sibling photos, i will arrange the teddy bears up for a cute line up. We will have a play in the rocking horse if you choose to include that and then the last thing we do is get the cake out.

The session lasts about 45 minutes as this is normally the attention span on a 1 year old.

FAQ's

  • You will be sent a questionnaire shortly after booking where you will let me know what theme you would like. If you have additional details you would like added then please email me direct and we can work together to get the perfect unique set up.

  • When ever they seem to be happiest during the day…. After a nap or well before one, you know your baby best. Most of the time i can be very flexible so just let me know if the time needs adjusting. I know babies this age are unpredictable and can have the grumps for no reason. Teething, for example may require a dose of Calpol before the session.

  • If they are poorly/teething/under the weather and cant be perked up for an hour with magic Calpol then we will re arrange the photoshoot. Just let me know as soon as possible so that the cake is kept fresh.

  • Weather watch for every session starts 7 days before hand so that if we need to postpone or re-jiggle the time then we have plenty of notice. I will be in touch as soon as i think there will be an issue.

  • The standard lead lime for gallery delivery is 21 days. Please leave enough time if you would like the photos ready before their actual birthday or birthday party.

  • Yes! i have a selection of fine art prints, a selection of beautiful to hang frames and the most gorgeous photo albums. All available to purchase as extras once you have received your gallery.
